ABOUT THE DESIGN:
Hamilton, Ontario Canada - The ABERDEEN TAVERN building was built in 1930 as a TD Bank. There are tales that claim it was the most robbed bank in Ontario because of the ease of escape from the area. But who can say for sure. Now the tavern occupying this beautiful old building steals hearts across the culinary face of the city. The Aberdeen should be on everyone's list of delicious spots to try out.

This illustration highlights the building's uniqueness. As an old bank it has numerous interesting architecture features such as the intricate brick work, half pillers and big bold windows. Banks always used high-end materials in their construction to give potential customers the feeling of security that the bank would be around for a long time. True to form, this building has been a fixture for decades standing strong on the street as part of history and continuing long into the future.
